Congratulations!!

It's always so wonderful when your family has a new addition and excitingly this little one arrived on Mum and Dad's Birthday so joint celebrations for all!!

The soft toy I bought for this little one was a brightly coloured giraffe with Blue and Orange being key to welcoming this baby boy, I have managed to use retired stamp sets for the card, with Soft Sky and Pumpkin Pie for card stock and inks. There are just some stamps sets I can't seem to part with ;-)

My Godparents celebrated their Golden Anniversary at the end of May, so I created a card that took a little more time, to celebrate their 50 years of marriage . . . 

A white tatted heart with gold seed beads, on a Gold Foil card stock, with the fantastic Fancy Foil Designer Vellum as a background. It was a wonderful celebratory lunch, with a few golden elements for the marquee, made by me ;-)

The Tables had a Hill theme so for the tables I made little Golden Foil Hills with their names on, place name cards with a Gold foil edge and Menus for the table with the gorgeous Gold 1/8" Ribbon.

Clearance rack - supplies while they last!

Just wanted to bring everyone's attention to the clearance rack as well as the weekly deals, this promotion is from the 1st July-4th August 2015, so have linked the picture in the right bar to go to the promotion from this page. Just to give you a little inspiration, here's a card that I made with the Snowflake thinlit die.

It is of course a Birthday card inspired by the Disney film Frozen, that we can all sing the theme to now! I used some retired Christmas DSP and Bermuda Bay, Whisper White, Basic Black, Chocolate Chip and Pumpkin Pie card stock, and silver glimmer too. Greeting from Something to Say stamp set. It's so much better when it's open . . .

Accessories: Banner punch. Whisper White baker's twine, two brads and stars from In Colour sequins

As a little deviation, but still with Birthday Banners in mind, with Soft Sky, Night of Navy, with simply using a star punch for embellishment

For the Birthday present a simple bow made with the Bow builder punch and some Designer Series Paper :-)

Somehow we're in July!!!!

Somehow it's July and I am playing catch up! It;s not that I haven't been doing anything, as I'm sure you are all feeling at the moment, life is rushing past, and I'm having difficulty keeping up with it! Anyway, enough of the excuses, here is that start of the catch up!! As I'm so behind I'm going to group celebrations together, at least that's the plan!
