It's quite frequent that I get inspiration from wrapping paper, and this card is a case in point. I also wonder if you're ever too old to have numbered Birthday Balloons on your card? I think never ;-)
Here I've used The Balloon Festoon Bundle
Simply printing the Happy Birthday sentiment in Real Red, Crushed Curry, Balmy Blue and Night of Navy for a background, using the Balloon Dies and some retired glimmer cardstock for the Balloons and Silver glimmer for the Birthday Numbers from a retired die set.
