So, I was struggling to keep up to date with my card creations in real time, and now a section of our family have moved Down Under I need to make their cards in advance and REMEMBER not to put them on my blog till AFTER their Birthday!!
My fantastic nephew became a teenager on the 8th of May!
Here is the card I made for him
As you can see I have tried to stick with his black theme with Whisper White Ink on Basic Black card stock for the chalk board effect, on a backing plate of silver card stock and the sensational silver glimmer paper that was free for the 25th SU celebrations for the 13 stars!
Of course the inside greeting for the card looked like this - as always I love to mix up lots of different stamp sets, textures, reflections and techniques old and new! Let me know what you think by leaving a comment . . .
