Craft room Calendar

You won't believe how easy it is to be distracted from tidying up the craft room! I think the major problem is supposedly putting away new to me stamp sets that are just calling out to be used ;-) So, I'm using a blank calendar to allow this indulgence, here for May . . .

Stamp Set: Petal Palette
Card Stock: Whisper White
Ink: New Balmy Blue & Petal Pink (pads)
with In Colour Lemon Lime Twist and Early Espresso (markers)
Accessories: Petals & More Thinlit dies and Birthday Mini Binder Clip in Lemon Lime Twist

Crafting forever, tidying up never!

Same day, new arrival!

Fabulous Cameron arrived on the magical Birthday date, although it was debateable if he was going to arrive on the same Birthday as his Mum, Dad and Big Brother, (all sharing the same day),
so April  is truly amazing!

Stamp sets: Sweet Little Something, Sweet Li'l One (retired)
Card stock: Whisper White, Soft Sky, Color Theory Designer Paper (Dapper Denim)
Ink: Basic Grey, Smoky Slate & Island Indigo
Accessories: Star punch (retired), Soft sky 1/8" ribbon (retired)

SUCH a cute bunny! I love it even more in shades of brown, but thought the grey went well with the blue for a boy ;-)

Here is an Easter bunny version ;-)

Keep on crafting, GenGen xxxx

A shared Birthday!

Everyone who knows me,
knows that I take time away from work to celebrate my Birthday.
I find it's a very magical time of year and with that in mind,
for Sophie Mae who has her Birthday on this fabulous day,
I created this card that was cased from the marvellous Monica Gale
My version looked like this,

This was such a fun card to make,
with the side ribbon turning into the rainbow mane of the unicorn :-)

Keep on making card magic!

Catching up, with New Arrivals!

Life moves so fast, that even when I know family are expecting, sometimes it's a month later by the time I catch up! Where does the time go? I just wanted to share this card with you, primarily because I used the fantastic Stamparatus to build the 3 step stamping with spot on precision :-)

Stamp set: Amazing congratulations
Card stock: Night of Navy, Very Vanilla
Ink: Night of Navy, Marina Mist and Soft Sky

I loved the simplicity of this card, but you know, sometimes specifics are called for . . .

Who can resist name specific bunting?

Then, for a little balance . . .

A wee banner from my retired stash of stamps and dies,
that I simply can't clear out ;-)

Keep on stamping, even in the glorious sunshine,
